Consumer Account
The consumer account is our standard account type, available to all customers. It can be activated with a month-to-month agreement when the customer brings their own device, or with a 24-month agreement when device financing is selected. A device return option after 2 years is also available to help reduce your monthly costs during the agreement. By enrolling in pre-authorized bank payments, the customer benefits from a $10 monthly savings on their plan. Some plans also include family discounts of up to $15 per line.
Corporate Account (EPP)
The Corporate Account (EPP) is designed for employees of more than 550 partner organizations with an agreement with TELUS, allowing them to benefit from preferred plans as well as reduced pricing on devices. It can be offered with a month-to-month agreement when the customer brings their own device, or with a 24-month agreement in the case of device financing. A return option after 2 years is also available to help reduce monthly costs during the term of the agreement. By adding pre-authorized bank payments, the customer also benefits from a $10 monthly discount on their plan. 1
Business Account
The business account is designed to meet the needs of businesses, whether they are self-employed professionals, small businesses, or larger organizations. It offers flexible mobile plans, preferred pricing, advantageous financing options, as well as solutions to efficiently manage multiple lines and support productivity. Depending on the company profile, monthly, 2-year, or 3-year agreements may be available. Business customers may also benefit from multi-line discounts of up to $20 per line and a $10 per line discount with pre-authorized payments.2
